Bench Programming & Calibration Service for Porsche PDK TCM
This service is a bench programming and calibration procedure for one (1) Transmission Control Module (TCM). It is applicable to all 2009–2019 Porsche 911, Cayman, and Boxster vehicles equipped with PDK transmissions.
Service Overview:
The service includes new programming and a basic calibration upload to your TCM. You must ship your TCM to us.
This service is ideal if you have attempted a PDK transmission calibration after a "Change of Parts".
⚠️ Important Note:
This service will not fix a transmission with fault codes caused by damaged or failed sensors. It is strictly for programming and calibration only.
How the Service Works:
Ensure your vehicle has no transmission fault codes.
Remove the TCM from the vehicle.
Ship the TCM to our shop (address listed on our website).
Include the following information with your shipment:
Full name
Return address
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
Vehicle mileage
Once we receive your TCM, we will:
Gather the necessary data
Prepare an invoice for prepayment, which includes programming and return shipping costs
After payment is received, we will:
Program your TCM
Upload a basic calibration
Turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on our current workload.
After You Receive Your TCM:
Disconnect the vehicle’s battery.
Install the programmed TCM.
Reconnect the battery.
Do NOT perform any additional calibrations.
The TCM will self-learn over approximately 100 miles of driving, adapting to your PDK system through various driving loads.
